Datafusion Systems set to join Lumine Group, strengthening global public safety solutions
Lumine Group Inc. has announced its agreement to acquire Datafusion Systems, a UAE-based provider of secure communication and intelligence solutions for telecom operators, law enforcement, and government agencies. The move will mark Lumine Group’s first acquisition in the UAE and significantly expand its capabilities in the security and signalling sector.
Headquartered in Dubai and backed by over 30 years of experience, Datafusion Systems is known for supporting public safety and security operations worldwide. The company develops and delivers solutions used in border control, territory surveillance, event and site security, and real-time alert systems. These tools are designed to generate intelligence and actionable evidence, whether deployed as stand-alone platforms or integrated into broader system architectures.
Expanding capabilities in secure communication and threat detection
“Datafusion will be a strong and exciting addition to Lumine Group,” said Tony Garcia, COO of Lumine. “With an increasing focus on public safety and early threat detection, telecom operators, law enforcement, and government agencies have an ongoing pressing need for real-time secure communication and intelligence solutions.”
Datafusion’s work with national and local authorities demonstrates its role as a long-term partner in homeland security. The company has supported law enforcement, national intelligence bodies, and public authorities with technologies aligned to both international standards (like ETSI and 3GPP) and national regulations such as TKÜ and ANSI (J-STD 025). This combination of regulatory expertise and technical capability positions Datafusion as a trusted provider in a sensitive and highly specialised field.
“Joining Lumine Group will mark an exciting new chapter for our team,” said John Senior, CEO of Datafusion. “We look forward to what we can accomplish with Lumine Group in this next chapter.”
The transaction is expected to close in early Q3, pending approval by the Dubai Development Authority.
